  • Do you have any pets?

    Yes, I have two dogs. A cavalier king charles spaniel named Chilli, who lives with my parents and a Jackapoo named Flora, who lives with me and my partner.

  • Do you prefer coffee or tea and how do you take it?

    It depends on my mood. I prefer coffee with almond milk in the form of a latte, however, I do love peppermint tea with a dash of milk (which I am told is a very unusual combination).

  • Are you an early bird or a night owl?

    I am an early bird for sure. I love to wake up at 6am and start my day with a coffee and a podcast on the way to work. I love to cosy up in bed at 9pm!

  • What three celebrities would you invite to a dinner party?

    Jennifer Coolidge, Glen Powell and Eva Longoria.

  • What is your favourite flavour biscuit?

    Who doesn’t love a chewy chocolate chip bikkie?

  • What is your favourite season and why?

    I love the blazing heat of summer! I love the feeling of laying on the beach under the summer sun with the spray of salt water lunging at me.

  • What's the last book you couldn't put down?

  • What food would you eat, if it were your last meal on earth?

    Pasta with good olive oil, mushroom, cream, chilli, and any veg I can find.

  • What is your favourite travel destination?

    Italy! How can you not be drawn in by the food, the people and the culture. Oh and did I mention the food?

  • What is your favourite childhood memory?

    By far, my favourite memory is of my nanna and I cooking together with her 1970s sunbeam mixmaster. We used to make chocolate cake for my dad and I got to lick the spoon. I credit my nanna for my baking skills.

  • What is your favourite way to spend a rainy afternoon?

    Curling up in my bay window with my favourite blanket and my Italian textbook, studying away whilst listening to the rain. Can you tell I do not relax often?

  • What is the best piece of advice you have every received?

    My former colleague, Angeline and I catch up for coffee every so often, and she reminds me “your health is your wealth” - a motto I remind myself of every day.
